Brides Of Destruction

A hard rock group, originally started by Nikki Sixx and Tracii Guns. Starting in L. A. in 2002 with Nikki as bass, Tracii Guns on guitar, Kris Kohls for drums, Adam Hamilton on keyboard, and London LeGrand as the vocalist, the band clashed as a new supergroup. Sixx left  to rejoin Mötley Crüe for their reunion tour in Janurary of 2005, with no intent of returning. The original name of the group was "Cockstars" but radios told them they would have to refuse to annouce the name over the air. Then it changed once again to Motordog, but it lost its taste and they dropped it and switched to Brides of Destruction which was suggested by one of Nikki's friends.

Shortly after the band started Hamilton left and was replaced by John Corabi, and when Kohls left in November of 2002 Scott Coogan was recruited as the new drummer. After Sixx left for
Mötley Crüe, Ginger (from the Wildhearts) joined as the second guitarist and Scott Sorry replaced Sixx on the bass. Ginger only followed the band for about a year before leaving, and Scott Sorry after him in 2005 as well. When Ginger and Scott left the band was left in a bind because at the time they were touring for Britian and Europe 2005. They hired temporary fill ins like Jeremy Guns and Dazzel Rebel (aka Darren Loczy) both playing bass. Jeremy Guns worked as thier guitarist and bass tech fod the band even before Sorry left. Tracii put BOD on a hold for atleast a year in Janurary of 2006. Well the band was put on hold Tracii joined Quiet Riot and a month into the new band Tracii did not return to carry out with BOD and formed his own solo band.
